Since I only allow them on these posts, I really appreciate them. :-)

Susietron: I love the image of a shirt so worn that a sneeze will make a man coming bursting out of it. In fact, if someone marketed that concept, I'd buy one for my husband! ;-)

Michael: Thank you for your kind comment. I always thought that the 'free size' concept came from cutting costs since usually the cheapo shirts are free size. We call those 'pasar malam' (night market) shirts.
If you don't fit into the conformity of society's body shape, then you don't have the luxury of buying cheapo clothes. Oh, the irony.Jiyuuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11098370420756880921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5103914919249706024.post-10740010345866654402012-10-17T18:37:25.582-07:002012-10-17T18:37:25.582-07:00For my first birthday, my future husband gave me a...For my first birthday, my future husband gave me a shirt which said "lusty members club" (among other things).

This sentence gave me quite the pause the first time I read it.Sine Nominehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03135093870236335598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5103914919249706024.post-77257464406834845762012-10-17T12:01:38.988-07:002012-10-17T12:01:38.988-07:00Lovely post, as ever. I love these random memory posts.

The "free size" is ubiquitous in Asia (I've seen it in Korea, Japan, and Thailand), and is as you'd expect: The majority of Asians have such a narrow range of body types, that one size fits almost all. "Free size" is IMO a better term than one size fits all since one size certainly does not fit Michael Fosterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16139526716967128297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5103914919249706024.post-39765517284941685312012-10-17T08:54:24.164-07:002012-10-17T08:54:24.164-07:00It's so hard to save shirts when they are so f...It's so hard to save shirts when they are so fun to wear. My hubs has one that says 'I'm not goth I'm anemic' nowadays the term goth isn't used so much as the term emo. But we find it funny because we are both slender and both are prone to anemia! So there is truth to his shirt which he still wears even though if he sneezed I am sure it would rip right off of him thegypsiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01019720222734603445noreply@blogger.com
