I recall going to Shibuya to hopelessly search for such things. <br /><br />I also miss the calendars in Japan. It was a different deal, but it was hard to appreciate that in the early years when sentimentality for things back home during the holidays was stronger. I remember that the only place to buy Christmas cards was at LOFT, and they were expensive.<br />I lived in a more rural area, so there was not KFC, so I don't know if that tradition had started....I suspect not.<br />I did enjoy other things that happened around the Christmas season, though.
